It’s Okay

People come,
People go
Things happened for a reason
But you wish to know what reason would that be.

It’s the thought that counts, they say
Oh don’t be a fool, I’d say
Stop treating me like I’m part of them
I know I’m not anymore

There is indeed a one way street for everything
In this case, it’s the friendship
I thought I could hold on to it
I thought I would
But I’m slowly slipping away
Why won’t you see it?
Because it doesn’t matter anymore

Now I’m just holding on
And looking by the sidelines.

Let this go, it’s okay.
Let me go, it’s okay.

I’m holding on too long
Realized it’s all been a lie (I want to know)
Have you been awake
and falling asleep at the same time (I need to let it go)

I’m running in circles
There is no where to hide
Can somebody tell me what is wrong or right
Sinking slowly now
Just waiting to be found
Save me..

27 Bizarre Things That All Women Have Done At Least Once

I’m sure I’ve done half out of these 27 bizarre things!

Thought Catalog

Direct from some of Reddit’s finest ladies, a non-exhaustive list of the weird things we have all engaged in from time to time.

1. itsjill

Do shower math when you wake up to see how long you have to sleep and if it’s even worth showering or go back to bed and put your hair in a bun for work.

2. klcna

When hairs fall out in the shower I don’t want to clog the drain so I put them on the shower wall and do a little swirl so they are neat and ready to be put in the garbage when I’m done.

3. bekahrama

Laughed or coughed so hard when you’re on your period and more blood or a blood clot comes out. Then you have to do a quick waddle walk to the bathroom cause you feel like you just turned on the faucet.

Can we stay the same?

“This group of friends, is irreplaceable. It’s been so many years!” He said.

“It takes effort to maintain old friendships like this,” I said.

People change, things change.
It is a big group and not everyone is going on the same pace.
Some fall out, some fall behind, some didn’t want to catch up.
It takes effort to maintain old friendships and that’s why they are called treasures.
But not everyone can do it.
No matter how far I might fall behind, I wish to catch up if you would slow down or the other way around.
As much as things happened in the past, the good and the bad, I wish to be in this big old (friend)ship.

Let’s sail on for as long as we could.
